Embroidery for t-shirts has been added to our range of services.
Embroidery designs are stitched with an automated embroidery machine. Your company logo, design , text or art work is "digitized" with embroidery software.
They can be done in different levels of embroidery stitches that work as the texture to your embroidery design.
Embroidery service that we provide includes t-shirt embroidery, polo shirt embroidery, embroidery for team apparel,
corporate clothing, commercial embroidery and promotional embroidery.
Embroidery process involves selecting your artwork, converting it into digitized embroidery design files.
These files retain information such as object outlines, embroidery thread colours, original artwork used to stitch the designs.
Embroidery prices are based on the number of embroidery stitches you want to use for your garment
Embroidery designs are then edited by our in house design team, who may rotate, scale, strech, crop or replicated an embroidery pattern using a specialist software.
This embroidery design proof is sent to you for approval, once approved embroidery design is loaded on the embroidery machine, fabric is stabilized and machine run is started.

Printing for t-shirts has been added to our range of services. Our favorite is Screen Printing, but we also offer Transfer Printing.
Screen printing is one of the most popular ways of printing t-shirts and we love it.
The first step with screen printing is to separate the colours of your design, as each colour or "layer" will be printed separately.
The process then involves using a screen (for those of you who haven't seen one, imagine your Nan's nylons stretched over an oversized picture frame!), which has a layer of your image transferred onto it.
Each colour of your design will need its own screen. Once all of the screens are ready the real fun begins.
Layer by layer the screens are placed on top of the t-shirt and ink is forced through the holes in the fabric in the area of your design.
Once all the layers are printed, you have yourself an awesome t-shirt.
We would recommend that screen printing is perfect for medium to large print runs as there is more involved in the screen setup compared to other methods.
With screen printing you will get a beautiful print that feels great, looks great and will last. |
